Shortly before the invasion of Ukraine, Zhanna, a pro-Kremlin Russian journalist, sets out on a journey across this country with her teenage daughter, seeking connection and transmission. But the journey soon turns into a profound questioning: of her role in state media, her relationship with her daughter, and her own relationship with truth.
