What paths can be explored when access to the criminal justice system is lacking, when trust falters, or when this system fails to meet needs? In such situations, what form of justice remains possible? Conflict resolution, restorative justice, transformative approaches… Doing justice may also mean questioning the structural causes of injustice, rethinking forms of reparation, and asking these essential questions: for whom, with whom, and under what conditions?
