BALKAN BEAT BOX is one of the most explosive groups right now, both on stage and through its music, which is ebullient, irresistible and absolutely original. It’s atypical rock, crossbred, eclectic and transcultural, incorporating Balkan brass, dub and reggae rhythms, Gnawa trance music, Bulgarian polyphony, Latin and Middle Eastern sounds, all of it mixed with hip-hop and seasoned with political messages, particularly in favour of peace, friendship and understanding between the Israeli and Arab peoples. BALKAN BEAT BOX offers music that is always inspired, taking us on a trip through different continents and cultures, breaking codes and conventions and doing away with borders, in order to promote the fusion of rhythms, the blending of sounds, senses and emotions... A mind-blowing concert!
